USDOT Compliance & Registration provides professional compliance assistance, administrative filing services, digital products, and physical products related to USDOT Numbers, BOC-3 filings, Unified Carrier Registration (UCR), and other transportation compliance services.

By purchasing any service or product, you expressly agree to the refund terms below.

Customers may request a full refund for any reason within three (3) calendar days of the original purchase date.

• No justification or verification required
   
• Applies to digital services, digital products, physical products, and compliance filings
   
• Refunds requested within this window will be honored without exception
   

After the 3-day refund window expires, all sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• USDOT Number applications or updates
   
• BOC-3 filings
   
• UCR registrations
   
• Compliance reviews
   
• Administrative setup or data entry
   
• Any filing prepared for or submitted to FMCSA, DOT, or related agencies
   
• Digital products accessed or delivered
   
• Physical products shipped or delivered
   

No exceptions will be made once the refund window has closed.

All digital services and digital products become non-refundable after the 3-day window, regardless of service completion, usage, or customer need.

Physical products are refundable only within the 3-day window. After that:

• All sales are final
   
• Returns are not accepted
   
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
   

Refund requests within the 3-day window must be submitted in writing and include:

• Full legal name
   
• Business name (if applicable)
   
• Order number or transaction ID
   

Requests submitted after the refund window will be automatically denied.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback after the refund window without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate account termination
   
• Permanent denial of future services
   
• Submission of service records and policy acceptance to payment processors
